We will begin accepting applications for the 2026-2027 academic year on July 1st, 2025. Applicants must have completed a 3-year ACGME-accredited Family Practice Residency and obtain an unrestricted Washington State medical license and DEA by the beginning of the fellowship.  Complete applications (including two letters of recommendation) will be accepted until August 15th of each year.  Interviews will occur in late September/early October. Applicants should have their applications completed by August 15th to receive full consideration.

Starting in AY 2026-2025, we are joining with the other programs in the newly formed Family Medicine Obstetrics Fellowship Directors’ Association (FMOB-FDA) in a standard recruitment timeline. Programs in the FMOB-FDA have agreed that starting this year, our programs will open applications on July 1, and while we may make and accept offers at any time, we will not require that applicants make a decision on an offer prior to October 15. For example, if we offer an applicant a position on October 1 but they have more interviews after that date, we will wait until October 15 before offering that spot to a different applicant. Our goal is that candidates will be able to choose their preferred program and thus we will all matriculate fellows who truly wish to train at our programs.
